Dean Patrinely
Managing Principal

Dean Patrinely is managing principal of the Crimson Real Estate Fund where he oversees all phases of the Fund including execution of the origination process, due diligence, financing/disposition, marketing and property management teams. He also sets strategy for the Fund’s professional service affiliates, Patrinely Group, LLC and Crimson Services, LLC.

Tom Bermingham
Executive Managing Director

Tom Bermingham directs the Fund’s acquisition program, working closely with Messrs. Benjamin and Tarro. He is responsible for overseeing the initial evaluation of opportunities, investment and business plans and coordination of the due diligence teams, in addition to asset management and reporting functions.  He is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in New York and New Jersey.

Phillip Benjamin

Senior Managing Director

Phillip Benjamin directs underwriting for potential investments, evaluating risk parameters, leasing and sale projections, financing assumptions, alternative exit strategies and sensitivity analyses. Mr. Benjamin is a Registered Securities Representative (Series 7). 

Dennis Tarro
Senior Managing Director

Dennis Tarro is responsible for the origination process including identifying and sourcing transactions, market interface, and assisting with financing and closing. Additionally, he directs the leasing program for the Fund’s assets. He is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Florida, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.

Carolyn Drushel
Senior Managing Director

Carolyn Drushel is responsible for managing the Fund’s public relations and identity strategy in addition to assisting with the Fund’s origination processes and reporting.

Pete Pfile
Executive Managing Director

Pete Pfile oversees accounting and financial reporting to investors and lenders for all Fund investments. Mr. Pfile also manages the coordination between accountants for individual properties and the Fund’s asset managers. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas.

Michael Nicholls
Executive Managing Director, Special Projects 

Michael Nicholls oversees all due diligence, strategic design and construction activities for the Fund, in addition to assisting in property operations, especially “mission critical” repair and maintenance issues at the asset level.
